Having issues unzipping file...

Can't unzip. error is can't open file as archive. Was a droid to pc transfer on windows 7. I use 7zip to unzip/rar things and never had a problem before.

Dear Jamaal,

(This is a copy of the content of the email that we sent you from our support inbox). Please try right-clicking the zip file on a File Explorer window. When you right-click the zip file you should see an option to 'Extract' the contents of the file. Windows has a built-in unzip program that should work to get the photos from the zip file.

If you continue having problems please tell us what version of Windows you are using and I will try to research how to fix the default zip extraction.
