App missing 'file as' boxes

Pc with windows vista home premium and uploading to ipad2 on a bt Internet hub. Both connected to same hub. Purchased app onto iPad. Put in http address - not in google bar etc. Pc adds a slash to the http address which cannot be deleted but the upload page comes up on the pc. First there are n boxes asking where the photos should be filed - just 2 yellow boxes. When I click upload photos I get a selection box but even if I select only one photo the upload photos box does not oerate - all very maddening and such a waste of time- do hope you can help- do you have an actual person I could speak to?
