I have done all of "Photo Transfer App's" recommendations for allowing the apps access to my photos. The setting's privacy doesn't see that "Photo Transfer" wants access to my photos. Therefore I can't transfer photos from my (I Phone 5) to my (Mac Book Pro). I payed ($3.99) for the app on my Mac Book Pro and i down loaded the free app on my I Phone 5. Please HELP!
Dear Corey,

We had another user having the same problem and the issue was the 'restrictions' settings. Try this:

Go to the 'Settings' app on your iPad, then to General > Restrictions,(enter passcode) > Photos and check allow changes.  Then try re-installing our app from the app store and it will ask you to enable access to photos.

I hope this helps you!

Kind regards,

Enrique
Thanks a lot Enrique, I really appreciate the advice but it still isn't working after trying that as well.
Hi Corey,

Does the app show up under the 'Settings' app > Privacy > Photos ?? It should be listed as 'Transfer'. Also, what happens when you go inside of the app to 'Send' > Device > 'Select photos' ? Does the app ask for permission to access your photos?

Let me know.

Best regards,

Enrique
