192.168.1.36.8080 doesn't work!

Windows cannot find the host name 192.168.1.36.8080; message says "Domain Name Server may be down" I cannot use the app to transfer photos.

Dear Irene,

Thanks for contacting us. The address you are entering has a small typo, you should enter a ":" (colon) instead of a "." (period) before the 8080. Make sure you type it in the address bar of your web browser as well and not the 'google search engine'.
