Transfer iphoto folder from cd to ipad

I was given a disc of photos contained in an iphoto folder. Can I use the app to open and transfer the photos to the ipad. I have only a Windows 7 laptop. Oh, and I can put the folder (still with the photos unopened) onto a flash drive that I can attach to the Ipad.

Thanks for contacting us. Can you see the JPG files directly using the Windows File Explorer? If yes, then you can use our app to transfer your photos using your computer and your wifi network. Here are couple of videos that show the app works:

Thanks Enrique. Nope, the folder will not expand into individual jpg files; so I simply had my friend email all of them to me.
