What a waste of time! Nobody needs to download an app that doesn't work out of the box! Can't connect to the IP adress supplied. What a joke. Reboot the router, just to try getting it working. How many others have been duped into this POS?
I'm sorry you are having problems using the app. Most likely the issue is related to the configuration of the wifi router you are using. Can you tell us the type of wifi router you have? Also, please let us know the address that the app is giving you so we can check if it looks ok.

I have four computers, one wi-fi printer, two Playstations, one Wii, two iphones and two Cisco PVRs running through my router with no problems. Now why would I want to waste my time tracking down a problem with your software? It just pisses me off that Apple doesn’t do a better job of screening the crap that is allowed to be sold on their store!
