No ZIP file option, only MISC & MOV which don't work

I have transferred many photos today with this app. Then I go to select 8 specific photos, the same format and size as all the others, and instead of prompting me to save it as a full resolution zip like all the others, my only options are "MISC format" and MOV format" neither of which work. What do I do? I want to save as a full res zip file.

Dear Amanda,

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. Did you select any video along with the photos you wanted to transfer? Or, did you modify or edit some of the photos on your selection set? Seems like one of the photos selected has multiple representations on the photo database which may be causing the problem.

We will look into this issue to see if there is anything that we need to fix on our side. If you want to transfer the original version without the modifications then please download it using the full resolution link on the transfer web page. Or, if you want to download them all at once then please append the following to the address provided by the app:

http://:8080/photos.zip

Adding the 'photos.zip' to the end of the address will trigger the download of your selected photos in full res.
