Issues uploading raw files to Dropbox

Hi! I am trying to upload raw files from my iPad Air2 running iOS8 and the latest Version of Photo Transfer App LITE (trying before buying) , the files are RAW+JPEG from a Fujifilm X20, named .RAF. Wondering why i get an error stating "App is not allowed to acces the path '/filename". I thought Photo Transfer was able to export raw files. Kind regards, Stefan

Thanks for contacting us and sorry you are having issues with the app. Interesting, where are you getting the error? Is it when you select the photos via our app or when the upload is starting? Would be great if you can post an screenshot. Let me do some testing here and check what is the result with RAW files. In fact, if you can send me a sample image to our email I can test on the same type of file you have. Send the sample image to: support@phototransferapp.com

Hi Enrique, thanks for your efforts. Sorry to say, but as I had to go on with the pictures i have deletetd Photo Transfer, because i have found another way of getting them off the iPad, so no screenshots. Only think I can say is, that the problem occured when the upload was almost finished.
