Unable to view app icon on Ipad

I am having the same problem. Can't find the app and can't search for it either. It does show up in settings but I can't get it to work/sync with my phone either.

Thanks for posting your question here. Can you try downloading the app again from the app store? Maybe there was an network connection issue when the app was downloading. Don't worry, you will not be charged twice if you already paid for the app.

I downloaded it from my computer, I have a wireless router but don't see it on the Ipad, do I need to disconnect the USB cable to the computer in order for it to show up on the Ipad?

Thanks for contacting us. That's quite strange, did you buy the app from the 'App store' on your iPad? Maybe it was placed on one of your folders. Did you try using the search function on the iPad and searching for the app that way?

You could try to download the app again from the App Store, don't worry you will not be charged again to download the app if you already payed for it.

Yes I have this problem too and would like someone to walk me thru it . . like a REAL person maybe?

Thanks for contacting us. Let's try something, please go to the search screen on your ipad by simply swiping to the left on the first page of apps on your iPad/iPhone. Then type 'Transfer' on the search field and if the app is installed then you will see it on the search results.

If the app does not appear then it means it has not yet been installed on your device. In this case, launch the 'App store' app and search for our app by typing "Photo Transfer App" on the search field and then install it from there.
