Audio works, but no video.

I got the app to work sweet and the whole file size looks good once done, but when I play it, there is no video, just audio. Have I missed something.???

Thank you for contacting us, I will be more then happy to help you! I am sorry you are experiencing issues with the app.

Did you transfer the video to your computer? or your iDevice? What did you use to take the video with? What version of iOS are you running and what version of our app are you running? :)

If you are trying to play the video on your computer make sure that you are viewing it in QuickTime. Make sure you are running the latest version of quicktime. To check you can go here: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/

If you have issues with QT then I would recommend using VLC: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html
