Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problem. We are taking a look at this bug, it seems to happen when there is a change to the photo database while the app is open. It should be easy to fix, simply close the app on your windows computer and then close the app on your iPad. Then simply restart the app on the iPad and on the computer and try the transfer again. The photo database is refreshed when you open the app and that should take care of the problem.
We will investigate this further to fix this permanently on the next update of the app.
