STUCK IN A LOOP....THUMBNAILS LOADING....WHY SO LONG?

why does it take forever for my thumbnails to load on my pc when I want to transfer pics from my pc to my ipad? my pc has been stuck in a loop for an hour or so saying thumbnails uploading.....this is terribly slow

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having issues with the app.

Make sure to check that you've allowed our app to access your photos.If you are on iOS5 please verify that you have enabled Location Services for our app under Settings -> Location Services. If you don't see Location services listed then please look under General -> restrictions to see if it's turned ON.

For iOS6 please go to this web address to get the instructions on how to enable access to your photos via the 'Privacy settings':
