so far this app is useless - no way to transfer from android to iPad because of ipad error

im trying to transfer from an android ( note II ) and every time i ask my iPad to receive the files it pops up a box with this exact verbiage " There was a problem reading your photos. Please open the " settings" app, touch on "privacy", then "Photos" and make sure that CloudCam is allowed to read your photos."
i can not find this setting anywhere in the iPad / android / photo transfer app on either device.
i have tried bluetooth and the ipad says " safari cant transfer the file ". im at a loss as to how to get this app to work at all. i bought it to transfer photos from my android to my iPad and so far its useless. please help.

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. The problem that you are describing is most likely due to a permission problem on the iPad. Please go to this link and follow the instructions to make sure that the iPad has access to your photos:
