My computer can't find my ipad. They are both connected to the same wifi address. Manual input didn't work either

Computer says no devices discovered - tried 15-plus times. They are sitting side by side, both connected to the transfer app, both on same wifi network. (Windows XP computer, and iPad 3) Help

Thank you for posting your question here with us, I will be happy to assist you with the app.

Please make sure that you have both your iPad and Computer connected to the same wifi network. Your PC doesn't need to be hooked up via wifi but as long as it shares the same ethernet as the wifi router it should work.

If they are both sharing the same wifi network, I would like to recommend that you close out our app, launch your photos app on your device and then launch our app on both your device and computer. Then please try to re-discover your device. Sometimes it takes a couple of attempts to discover the devices on the network and it just needs to be re-broadcasted.
