Cannot find app on my Mac computesr after installing

I downloaded the app on my iPad and my Mac computer. It shops up in iTunes under Apps but I cannot open the program as I cannot find it under applications or anywhere else!

Did you download the Mac desktop app from here: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/photo...

When you download the desktop app for Mac, it should show up in your Apps if the app installed correctly. Did our iTunes indicate that it installed? Have you tried using finder to look for the Photo Transfer App?
