Batch download from iPhone to mac needed

I am new to the app.

I cannot find a batch download for videos. Did I miss it somewhere? This feature is very important to me as my baby girl is 8 months ... Guess the number of short videos I need to backup.

I also cannot connect the iPhone wirh the Macbook pro (same network) using the mac app.

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems. So, did you try to using the Mac app instead of the web browser? Here is a link:

If you already tried using the mac app and it didn't discover your device then try to reset your wifi router just to make sure that all connections are refreshed. Using the Mac app will allow you to batch download your videos from iPhone to Mac.

Thanks a lot!

I hat to try to set up the connection about 10 times (Mac App to iPhone) but finally it worked.

The backup functionality allowed a download of 3024 items in "one go". Thanks. All I needed!
