Not discovering devices!

My Mac pc doesn't seem able to discover my iphone or my ipad.

Why not? They are all on the same network, fully charged, wi fi enabled.

Is there something else I need to do?

Hi Sarah,

Thanks for contacting us and sorry you are having issues with the app. Can you tell me what type of wifi network you are using? Is it a home wifi network or a public network? Please note that some public wifi networks like at coffee shops are configured to block communication between devices. If you are at home one thing to try is to reset your wifi router and join the network again to make sure the devices can see each other.

I hope this helps you. Let us know if you keep having problems. If you do please tell us what version of iOS you have on your iPad and what version of Mac OSX you have.
