IOS 7.0.6 Can not delete images or folders that were generated using this app.

Thank you for posting your question here with us, I will be happy to assist you with our app!

Apple does not allow a third party app to remove, modify or delete content off your device, unfortunately! So if you want to delete folders / albums or photos, you will have to do so manually through the Photos App.

To do so, you need to open the Photos App, tap on "edit" and from there you can select the photos you want to delete by going to an album or, delete an album by opening the photos app, tap on the edit button and there you can delete albums.

Amber, please re-read the post. I am not trying to delete images inside your app. I have read the threads where you provide this same response.

I am not able to delete any images using the Apple Photos app, that were installed using your transfer app. When....in the Apple Photos app, I hit the Edit button....all folders generated with your Transfer app ....become grayed out and thus unusable. Like wise, when in a folder generated by your app, the trash can is grayed out and unusable.

All folders .....created using Apple Photos, remain fine in the Apple app. Again, I can not delete your transfer folders or images using the Apple Photo app.
