Error - load albums

I get connected and discover the device just fine, however get the following error:

Error-load albums
There was an error communicating with the device.
Please make sure you authorize the selected device to access you albums.

What do I do using i pad 1. ver 5.1.1

No joy, app not working, very sad...

Hello Ron,

Thank you for posting your question here with us, I will be happy to assist you with our app!

When you first installed our app, did you allow our app authorization to access your photos? If you had selected no you can edit this in the settings of your device/app. If you are on iOS5 please verify that you have enabled Location Services for our app under Settings -> Location Services. If you don't see Location services listed then please look under General -> restrictions to see if it's turned ON.

For iOS6 and higher the way to authorize apps to access your photos has changed on iOS6. Please go to this web address to get the instructions on how to enable access to your photos via the 'Privacy settings':

Please follow those instructions and let us know if it worked. If not, then you may need to restart our app. To do that, please double tab the 'Home button' of your device until the running apps appear and then hold your finger over our app and then tap the little '-' icon that appears over the icon. After that, launch our app and you should have access to your photos.
