Canon T3 Rebel to MAC book Pro

I have a canon E0s Rebel T3 and it is plugged into my Macbook pro. Photos will not upload on this app. maybe it is not compatable?? Thanks Alexandra

Are you getting an error when you attempt to upload your photos? If so, what is it? Our app handles JPG, GIF , PNG and RAW formatted photos so ensure that your photos are in one of those compatible formats.
