Transfer stopped at 100 Photos from iphone to mac

The transfer of the photos from my iphone to the mac somehow got interrupted and only the first 100 transferred. When I bring up the app on my computer it's still trying to download the remaining photos, but the "downloading selected photos" screen is empty. Is there any way to correct this or do I need to download the app again and start over?

Hello Alice,

Thank you for sending us your email, I will be happy to assist you with our app!

If you close out the transfer and restart it, that should let you transfer the remaining photos that weren't transferred over. Right now we don't have a feature that allows you to pick up where it left off but your photos should be selected ( the previous batch that you where trying to transfer ).

Could not find a way to close out the transfer it seemed to be in a loop. Brought up the app today on mac and on phone and it just continued to look for device. No way to restart.

Just to let you know I was successful! I thought I had actually closed the app on the Mac, but when I tried it again and reopened the app, the rest of the photos were there to transfer. Will use it again.
