Connected but cannot see iPad ALBUMS

PC correctly discovered device [iPad] and iPad shows connected. However, it cannot "see" my iPad albums. It had worked previously - before I deleted then reinstalled Photo Transfer App. [I want to backup before I do an iPad IOS update.] Why can't I see my iPad ALBUMS?

Thanks for posting your question here, I apologies for the delay in responding back to you!

In regards to the error you are experiencing. Did you allow authorization for our app to access your photos when you initially installed the app?

Can you please open our app -> tap on settings ( gear icon ) -> Allowed Devices -> and check to ensure you've allowed our app authorization to access your photos.

An important note to the reply above: You need to go to the 'Settings' app on your iPhone, then to 'Privacy' and then to 'Photos' and make sure that our app is enabled to read your photos.
