iPad says NO

Have used this app for a while successfully,transferring mp4 from PC to iPad.it has stopped working saying not compatible with device,error 303.

Thanks for posting your question, I will be happy to help you with our app.

Have you tried closing out the app and relaunching it and attempting your transfer again? If not, please give that a try.

Also note that videos should be in a compatible format. mp4 should work however if you experience issues still try converting it to an .mov. You can convert it using this software ( free ): http://handbrake.fr
