WMV not found in phototransfer app

Ive added a wmv video to dropbox from another computer, but it doesnt seem to exist kn photo transfer app on my ipad. Any ideas?

If i try to export the wmv only through dropbox, it says " this video may not be saveable to your device, do you still want to try to save it?"

Hi Mirna,

Thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately WMV is not compatible on iPhone or iPad. WMV stands for "WIndows Media Video" and uses a codec that is not compatible with Apple. What you can do is to first convert that video to an MP4 or MOV or M4V which are formats that are compatible with Apple. You can use a tool like 'Handbrake' on your computer to convert to the right format:
