Phototransfer was working but after os upgrades, it is not working.

I upgraded my IMac to OS 10.9.5 and my IPad (3rd generation) to IOS 8.
Before up-grading I had no problems. Now, I cannot get it to work. Any suggestions? What should I do?

Hi James,

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems. Try to restart your iOS8 device. We had a similar problem and restarting the iOS8 device made everything back to normal.
