Have never had a problem.....till today. Will not locate my  iOS device  from a windows pc

Sorry for the delay getting back to you! That sounds like the previous session of our app didn't close correctly - a way to solve this is a quick restart of your computer which will free the port used by our app and everything should go back to normal.
