Connection is problematic, although I got through once, but then I could not upload any pics from my computer to the iPad... the activity wheel went round and round but the Progress Bar never filled in.
Hello,
Thanks for posting your question here. You mentioned that you were able to transfer photos one time, are you using the same wifi network as before? Please make sure that your device is connected to the same wifi network as your computer and also make sure that 'Photo Transfer' is running on your iPad when you attempt to connect to the address provided.

Also, it may help to simply quit the application and try connecting to the address again so the transfer web page reloads.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need any more help. We'll be happy to assist you.

Regards,
The Photo Transfer App team
No, I never was able to transfer any photos. I was able to connect to the site only once. The rest of the time it won't connect at all. Then the one time I did connect, no photo would upload from computer to iPad. Both have the same WiFi network on and running. Photo Transfer is running on my iPad . I have repeatedly closed down the iPad app and reopened and tried again, to no avail.
Hi,
Im sorry you are still having issues. Can you tell me if you are using a home network or a larger public network? If you are at home I would recommend to reset your wifi router and join the network again on your iPad an your computer so the address gets refreshed.

Also, we have noticed that some streaming services like a Skype call or an internet radio station can interrupt the communication between iPhone and computer so you may want to check for that and turn them off when trying to transfer.

Do you by any chance have a Dlink router? We've had similar issues reported by other customers who have a Dlink wifi router. If you do, please let us know and hopefully we can figure out what's going on, since it seems like the Dlink routers have been especially problematic.

If none of these things work then a last option would be to create an 'ad-hoc' network between your computer and your iPad which avoids the wifi router and transfer photos directly from iPad to computer (or vice versa).

Let us know how it goes.
Kind regards,

The Photo Transfer App team
Hi Enrique, Thanks for your help.
I am using a home network, using a Cisco Linksys router, Verizon DSL, and HP computer. I reset the Linksys, turned the computer's connection to my wireless network off and on again, and did the same with the iPad.

It finally worked! Hoping to see it continue. Thanks very much.
