ipad refuse saving pictures from pc..suddently.

Since today, ipad refuse to save pictures from pc... The same pictures I transfered tuesday cannot save into the ipad: upload is ok but popup to say that ipad cannot save the uncompatible files... Impossible! because these pictures are all jpeg files. I try one picture...not work..
I bought 2.99$ because I need to transfert pict.. Is it possible that Apple block this application because they don't accept the transfert pc to ipad?

Dear Dominique,

Thanks for posting your problem here. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app.

I would suggest you to close our app, open the 'Photos' app and go to the 'Saved photos' album. Then open our app and try the transfer process again. Sometimes the 'Photos' app needs to be opened before making a transfer to make sure that the photo database is updated. Opening the 'Photos' app forces the database to be updated.

Another suggestion would be to turn off your iPad and turn it back on. Maybe something is stuck on memory and restarting it could help.

I finally find by myself thevsolution: you updated the app but it might be interesting to email us this information: since I go to app store to update your application, the transfert and saving ipad work :-))
So, if you can inform us when you update this app, we save time when we use app.
