Hi, I just downloaded your PTA to my Ipad2. I don't understand how I get the second copy of the app onto my Imac? Furthermore, I am photoshooting small jpg+ medium raw in a Canon 7D camera. Please advise....Kindest regards, Ian Calgary, Alberta Canada

Dear Ian,

Thanks for posting your question here. Our app should be able to transfer your JPG+RAW photos to your mac. You actually don't need to install anything on your Mac. The only thing you need is a web browser like Safari or Google Chrome.

Launch the app on your iPad 2, select the photos that you want to transfer (from your imported albums) and then go to the address provided inside of the app. Then, you should have an option to download the JPG or RAW versions of your photos on the transfer web page.
