Can receive from PC, but can't send to PC
I am having issues sending photos to my computer. When I go to Select Photos and Videos, it brings up Albums, but it will sit for several minutes on "Loading albums" (with the spinning circle). I end up giving up and clicking "Done" without being able to select anything. I only have 2 albums with a total of 113 photos on my iPod touch, so it shouldn't take that long to load my albums.
I can receive photos on fine, although I do receive an error stating "An error occurred while trying to save an image. The image format may not be compatible with this device. Do you want to continue transferring the rest of your photos?" I receive the error twice, even though I am only transferring 1 photo (a .jpg image), but when I go to my Camera Roll, there are 2 copies of the image.

Thanks for posting your question here. I'm sorry you are having issues with the app. I would recommend you to go to the 'Settings' app on your device and make sure that the Location Services is enabled for our application as our app needs that have Location Services turned on to be able to read your photos (Apple requires apps accessing photos to have LS enabled to access photos since they are geo-located) .
Regarding your second problem, what type of photos are you trying to transfer? Did you take them with a digital camera or were they modified using software on your computer? If you modify them then please make sure that you are using the RGB color space and not the CMYK as this last one may has issues on the albums app.
Also, in the new version of our app we are using a new programming interface provided by Apple that it looks like is having some problems when saving photo files with certain metadata. We noticed this and we implemented a workaround that may fix your problem. Please follow these instructions to enable the workaround:
1. Open the 'Settings' app on your device and scroll down until you find our app ('Transfer')
2. Change the switch for 'Use old saving APIs' to ON and close the settings app.
Doing this will tell our application to use the old programming interfaces provided by Apple to save your photos. I hope that will fix the problem you are having.
I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need more assistance. I will be very happy to help.
Kind regards,
Enrique
