This is most likely due to the fact that Flash Player is not installed on your computer. We use Flash player to be able to upload multiple files at one time. Please go to this website and install (or update) flash player:
After you install the latest version of flash player you should be able to view the 'Upload' button on the transfer web page. You can also try using a different web browser like Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox.
