cannot download to PC

Purchased and downloaded to iPad but is not listed on PC, and am unable to re-download it direct to PC.
Every time I enter iTunes it is listed as "Downloaded" and greyed out

Dear Ian,

Thanks for posting your question here. You actually do not need to install anything on your computer. If the app is already on your iPad then you are ready to transfer photos. Just make sure that your device an computer are connected to the same wifi network, then open the app on your iPad and go to the address provided using your computer's web browser.
