how would my computer know the app? im confused . do i need the name i put on my computer when i bought it? or my email?

Thanks for posting your question here. You only need the app installed on your device. Then you need to use your Computer's web browser to go to the address provided by the app. You can find a few videos that show how the app works on our website:
