"This file is not a movie file."

The app has always worked well, but today, I tried transferring some videos from my iphone4 (iOS5) to my macbook. While a file does show up on my macbook (looks like it's in Quicktime format w/ a .MOV extension) and has a file size, I am getting an error message when I try to open it. When I click on the file, a message appears saying "This file is not a movie file." I also noticed that in the PAST when I uploaded videos, when they were done, I saw a thumbnail of something in the video. However, this time, it's just the quicktime icon. So that is different. Anyways, please help. I recently upgraded to IOS5. Could that be it??

I am very frustrated, b/c I deleted some of the videos from my iphone thinking I had a successful upload. Now, I can't get those back....
Hello,

Thanks for posting your problem here. I'm really sorry you are having issues with the app. There is an update coming for iOS5 for our app. We submitted it on October 5th and Apple is still reviewing it! We added several new features for this update and for some reason Apple has taken way longer than usual to review it. We actually have sent several emails to Apple and today we received a response saying that they are reviewing the app: "Occasionally we encounter circumstances that require additional time to complete a review, and this is one such time." - no more information from them. We just hope that they will approve it soon.

Sorry again and thanks a lot you for your patience.

Best Regards,

Enrique
