"WiFi network is not available"

Downloaded fine but upon opening states "WiFi network is not available. I'm able to access aol mail with no problem Am I doing something wrong?

Dear Scott,

Thanks for posting your question here. You need to make sure that your device is connected to a wifi network, we currently do not support transferring photos over the 3G (cell phone) network. Make sure that your iPhone is connected to the same wifi network as your computer and then go to the address provided by the app.
