Home Screen problems

I only get as my home screen the option to transfer from computer. Just started today...no problems up until now.... Love the App and need it to work to transfer from Iphone to Ipad :-(

Thanks for contacting us, I will be more then happy to help you.

On the new version of our app, it allows you to 'favorite' or 'bookmark' certain instructions so when you launch the app it goes directly to that page of instructions or screen.

Did you favorite or 'bookmark' the page and instructions you are stuck on when you launch the app? This would be indicated by a star at the top right corner of the screen right next to the 'help' button. Also have you tried to close the app and relaunch it, does the same screen appear?
