problem selecting photos from my computer

Hello!

I purchased Photo Transfer App for the purpose of receiving photos
from my computer on my iPhone. I followed the instructions, connected
both devices to the same network, connected to
http://192.168.1.21:8080, but then my luck stopped. After I click on
Select photos and videos, it goes back to the screen that has the
option View and Download. What am I going wrong and how can we fix
it?
