App closes when transferring from PC to iPhone!!

I have been successful in transferring photos from my iPhone (3G) to my PC (Windows 7, Firefox) - however, it will not transfer from the PC to iPhone. It seems to transfer from the PC to phone, but when the phone is starting to transfer files, the app closes and I end up back at the home screen. I've tried this several times with varying numbers of photos (from 22 to 4), and it happens ever time.

Thanks for posting your question here. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app.

What type of photos are you trying to upload? Are they normal JPG files or a different kind? If the photos are in very high resolution I would recommend you to lower the resolution of the photos before trying to upload the images from your computer to your iPhone.

We use the programming interfaces provided by Apple to save the photos to the 'Photos' app and sometimes these interfaces have problems with very high resolution photos. A good test would be to try to upload a small image to see if that works.

I have this same problem but with videos not photos which work fine. I have checked and the videos are in mov format.
