Transfer cannot see .mov file

Transfer does not see my .mov file but does see jpegs in same folder.. Therefore I cannot send it from my android.

Dear Nick,

Thanks for posting your question here. Are you trying to transfer from computer to Android device? If so, then try to rename the file to have extension MP4 instead of MOV. However, it is not guaranteed that the video will play because Android may not be able to play all encodings. If you have problems viewing the video after the transfer then you may need to convert the video to a different format. Let us know when you have a chance to rename the video and try the transfer again.
