Hello,

Thank you very much for contacting us and my apologies for the late reply. As we have discovered, Adobe Air now is managed by other company and you can download it via this link: https://airsdk.harman.com/assets/downloads/AdobeAIR.exe

In case you don't want to install this third-party software, we have good news! We are planning to release before May a new Windows app that will not require anymore the installation of Adobe Air and will make the use of the app easier.

We will inform you as soon as the first release will become live.

Thank you for your understanding.

Kind regards,
Juan

Thank you so much.... I have the same problem.

When will your WIN version of the app come (containing all the required files) so that we can just click and install...?

I have the paid version of the Photo Transfer App on my iphone, but cant install the WIN desktop due to adobe issues.

We are finishing the first release and we plan to release it before May if everything is OK. The new app will be available on the Windows Store. We will make an announcement to migrate to the new version.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Kind regards,

Juan

We have great news! The new Windows app is already available. It is a beta version, so your feedback is more than welcome!
You can download it here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/photo-transfer-app-photos-videos/9nv9h1b7xkjm?activetab=pivot:overviewtab

Thank you very much in advance!
