Thanks for contacting us and sorry you are having issues with the app. Are you using Android or iPhone? If both devices are iPhone/iPad or both devices are Android then please try this:
Open the app on your device, touch the Settings button (the little gear icon on the top left corner of the screen) and then tap on "Restore purchases", that will give you access to the full functionality of the app on that device.
If your are using both Android and iOS please send us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you synching the purchases.
